摘 要: 研究旨在以甘蔗尾叶和甘蔗糖蜜为原料,通过固态发酵法生产一种高蛋白饲料,并对接种量、固液比等发酵条件进行了初步优化。将甘蔗尾叶粉碎过筛后与稀释糖蜜按一定比例混合制成培养基,接入木霉与酵母,共同培养一段时候后测定培养物的粗蛋白质(CP)含量。通过试验确定了混合发酵最佳的工艺条件:最佳糖蜜锤度为28°Bx,最优固液比为1∶5,最适培养时间5 d,温度26℃,初始pH值为6.5、总接种量50%,菌种比例1∶1。其中固液比对粗蛋白质含量有显著性影响,在最优条件下的粗蛋白质含量为23.41%,较优化前提高了8.6%。 This experiment was conducted to produce high-protein feeds with sugarcane leaves and sugarcane molasses by solid-state fermentation, and fermentation conditions such as inoculum size, solid-liquid ratio were preliminarily optimized. Fermentation media was a mixture of crushed sieved sugarcane leaves and molasses by a certain proportion, the crude protein (CP) content was measured after co-culturing Trichoderma viride and Candiada utilis for a period of time.The results of experimenls presented the optimum conditions: the Brix of molasses was 28 °Bx, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 5, fermentation time 5 d, temperature 26 ℃, pH value 6.5, total inoculum size 50%, the proportion of inoculation was 1: 1, and the solid-liquid ratio had significant influence on crude protein content. In optimized conditions, the content of crude protein was 23.41%, increasing by 8.6% than original conditions.
