摘 要: 研究不同相容剂与尼龙6(PA6)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)熔融挤出原位增容反应,探讨相容剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,相容剂的加入使体系扭矩增大,在增容的同时伴随着扩链反应;力学性能分析表明相容剂可明显提高黏度,提高摩尔质量,复合材料机械强度增大;DSC分析表明,复合材料熔融峰和结晶峰呈现规律性变化。所用环氧化合物1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚综合效果最好,PA6/PET最佳质量比为80/20。 The melt extrusion in-situ compatibilization between the different compatibilizers and PA6/PET blends was studied.The effect of compatilizer on the properties of composites was studied.It showed that the compatilizer can increase the torque with chain extending reaction.Compatibilizer can significantly improve the compatibility,the viscosity and the mechanical properties of the composites.DSC analysis indicated that the melting peak and the crystallization peak showed regular changes.1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether had the best compatibility,and PA6/PET mass ratio of 80/20 was optimal.
