摘　　要： 通过对门外壳零件技术要求和成形工艺的分析 ,设计出三面压料式斜楔拉伸模 ,有效地解决了在已局部成形的零件上进行后续拉伸时零件的翘曲变形问题。 Through the analysis of the technical requirement and forming technology of the Door Outer Shell, a three-side-pressing drawing die with a cam driver was designed. It effectively solved the problem of turning-up deformation when making after-drawing of the part-formed parts.
