摘　　要： 在研究全球贸易便利化发展特点和趋势的基础上,本文分析了前海合作区目前的发展规划,认为前海合作区应该为货物贸易和服务贸易提供便利的贸易服务,并为构建贸易便利化服务机制,做出进一步的探索和创新。前海合作区贸易便利化服务机制构建,要有高水平机制设计、宽领域制度和资源配置规则、全方位机制架构、综合化运行模式、一体化贸易服务平台。 Learning from the characteristics and trends in the global development of trade facilitation, combining the development planning of Qianhai Cooperation Zone, Qianhai Cooperation Zone should provide convenient trade service for both in goods and services, and make further exploration and innovation to build the service mechanism of trade facilitation. The construction of trade facilitation service mechanism in Qianhai Cooperation Zone should have high levels of design, wide area system and resource allocation rules, omni-directional mechanism architecture, integrated operation mode and integrated trade services platform.
