摘　　要： 磨削淬硬是利用磨削热对工件表面进行淬火处理的新技术 ,该技术在一定范围内可替代表面感应淬火、火焰淬火等表面热处理工艺 ,便于将表面淬火工艺与机械加工工艺集成化 ,有助于降低产品成本 ,缩短产品生产周期。 The grinding hardening is a new technology of grinding and hardening workpiece surfaces using grinding heat which is a realistic substitution for the induction hardening or flame hardening process,and can integrate the surface hardening process with the machining process easily. As a result, the production time is shortened and the expenditure is lowered.
