摘 要: 对油气悬架缸进行研究,建立其数学模型以及1/4车辆动力学模型,并利用AMESim软件模拟仿真车辆在路面行驶情况。针对车辆平顺性,构建了以车身垂直方向加权加速度均方根值为目标函数的优化模型,并对悬架系统参数进行了优化。结果表明车辆平顺性得到明显改善,为汽车油气悬架的设计优化提供了借鉴。 The hydro-pneumatic suspension system model and 1/4 car body model were set up after the study of hydro-pneumatic suspension system, and the situation that car's riding on the road was simulated by AMESim software. To improve vehicle ride comfort, optimal design model that used the root mean square value of body vertical acceleration as the objective function was established, and hydro-pneumatic suspension system parameters were optimized. The results show that the vehicle ride comfort can be significantly improved,which also provided references for the hydro-pneumatic suspension design and optimization.
