摘　　要： 我国一直非常重视三农问题,从2003年至今制定了许多政策着力发展农业经济,增加农民的收入,改善农民的生活,而推进城市化进程,提高城市化水平,就是让农民有更多机会在城市发展、工作、定居,提高农民收入,缩小城乡差距。同时促进城市化发展也是全面建设小康社会的必然要求。 China has always attached great importance to rural issues. Since 2003, a lot of policies have been made, focusing on developing agricultural economy, increasing the income of farmers, improving the lives of farmers, promoting the city process and improving the level of city, so that farmers have more opportunities to develop, work and live in the city with their income increased and the city and countryside gap reduced. At the same time the promotion of the city development is an inevitable requirement for building a comprehensive well-off society.
