Hg^2+和Cd^2+对大珠母贝与合浦珠母贝幼贝急性毒性的比较
Acute toxicity of Hg^(2+) and Cd^(2+) to pearl oysters Pinctada maxima and Pinctada fucata juveniles

摘  要: 采用静态急性毒性试验法,在水温24~26℃,盐度33.2条件下,开展了Hg2+和Cd2+对大珠母贝幼贝(壳长1.03±0.15 cm)与合浦珠母贝幼贝(壳长1.34±0.22 cm)急性毒性试验。结果表明,Hg2+对合浦珠母贝幼贝的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h半致死浓度分别为0.205 mg/L、0.144 mg/L、0.125 mg/L和0.123 mg/L,安全浓度为0.001 23 mg/L;对大珠母贝幼贝的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h半致死浓度分别为0.306 mg/L、0.206 mg/L、0.192 mg/L和0.191 mg/L,安全浓度为0.001 91 mg/L。Cd2+对合浦珠母贝幼贝的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h半致死浓度分别为33.937 mg/L、16.643 mg/L、13.957 mg/L和12.792 mg/L,安全浓度为0.127 92 mg/L;对大珠母贝幼贝的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h半致死浓度分别为45.368 mg/L、22.053 mg/L、14.206 mg/L和11.824 mg/L,安全浓度为0.118 24 mg/L。上述结果表明Hg2+的毒性比Cd2+的大。Hg2+和Cd2+对大珠母贝与合浦珠母贝的毒性无显著性差异。 Using static acute toxicity test,the effects of different concentrations of Hg^2 +and Cd^2 +on survivals of juveniles of pearl oysters Pinctada maxima(shell length 1. 03 ± 0. 15 cm) and P. fucata(shell length 1. 34 ± 0. 22 cm) were examined under the conditions of sea water temperature 24℃ ~ 26℃ and salinity 33. 2. The results indicated that ! the LC50s(median lethal concentration) of 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h of Hg^2 +for P. fucata juveniles were 0. 205 mg / L,0. 144 mg / L,0. 125 mg / L and 0. 123 mg / L,respectively and the safe concentration was 0. 001 23 mg / L,and these for P. maxima juveniles were 0. 306 mg / L,0. 206 mg / L,0. 192 mg / L and 0. 191 mg / L,respectively and the safe concentration was 0. 001 91 mg / L. The LC50s of 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h of Cd^2 +for P. fucata juveniles were 33. 937 mg / L,16. 643 mg / L,13. 957 mg / L and 12. 792 mg / L,respectively,and the safe concentration was 0. 127 92 mg / L,and theses for P. maxima juveniles was 45. 368 mg / L,22. 053 mg / L,14. 206 mg / L and 11. 824 mg / L,respectively,for P. maxima juveniles and the safe concentration was 0. 118 24 mg / L. It is suggested that Hg^2 +has higher toxicity than Cd^2 +in the pearl oysters and the tolerances to the metals between the two pearl oysters are not significant difference.
