摘　　要： 在工业化、信息化、城镇化深入发展中同步推进农业现代化,必须从我国基本国情出发,以粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给为首要目标,依靠科技创新和技术进步突破资源环境约束,坚持和完善农村基本经营制度,转变农业发展方式,注重培育专业农户、家庭农场、农民专业合作社、农业企业四大主体,用现代物质条件装备农业,用现代科学技术改造农业,用现代产业体系提升农业,用现代经营形式推进农业,用现代发展理念引领农业,用培养新型农民发展农业,努力走出一条具有中国特色的农业现代化道路。 In the industrialization,informatization,urbanization promoting the development of agri-cultural modernization,we must proceed from China’s basic national conditions,take food security and the effective supply of maj or agricultural products as the main target,rely on technological innovation and technological progress through the constraints of resources and environment,adhere to the improve-ment of the rural basic management systems,transform agricultural development mode,pay attention to the cultivation of professional farmers,family farms,farmer professional cooperatives,agricultural four main bodys,equip agriculture with modern material facilities,rebuild agriculture with modern sci-entific technology,promot agriculture with modern industrial system,promote agriculture with modern management forms,lead agriculture with modern development ideas,develop agriculture with the train-ing of new farmers,work out a road of agricultural modernization with China characteristics.
