摘 要: 在图像测量系统中,光源强度的稳定性容易受其驱动电源扰动以及工作环境因素等的影响。针对光源强度的稳定性对图像尺寸检测精度的影响进行了理论分析,提出根据光源强度在一定范围内的变化动态调整像素当量值的方法,减小光源强度变化对测量精度的影响。经实验验证,能够有效提高图像尺寸测量系统的精度,其标准偏差达到δ=0.001 2 mm。 In image measurement, the stability of light source intensity is easily subject to perturbation of drive power supply and circumstance. Based on a theoretical analysis of the impact on precision of image-based size measurement brought by the instability of light source intensity, The adjustment of pixel equivalent-value in a specific range of light source intensity can reduce the impact of changeable intensity on measurement precision. This method has been proved effective in the experiments, with a standard deviation of δ =0. 001 2 mm.
