摘 要: 利用AutoCAD2012软件的三维设计功能建立了芦笋施肥机的机架三维模型,通过ANSYS-Workbench软件对机架做有限元模态分析,得到机架前10阶的模态和振型以及各阶模态6个自由度上的参与因子表。根据模态分析的结果,指出了设计中存在的不足,提出了改进的措施。研究结果可为机架后续的性能改善和优化设计提供参考依据。 Based on ANSYS-Workbench,the solid model of the frame was built,which was made with AutoCAD2012.The first ten frequencies,the corresponding model shapes and Participation Factor Calculation of 6-dof were obtained through modal analysis.According to the results of the modal analysis pointed out the deficiencies in design,and puts forward improving measures.The result provide the reference basis for following performance improvement and design optimization.
