摘 要: 利用计算机模拟和优化手段,应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对工厂中丙烯酸甲酯的精制系统进行了流程构建及模拟优化。由实验相平衡数据回归得出缺失的丙烯酸甲酯-水的NRTL交互作用参数,在所建模型基础上,重点研究了萃取比、温度、理论级数对萃取塔萃取效果的影响及理论板数、进料位置、回流比对精馏塔产品质量分数的影响。通过分析比较,得到最佳操作条件,对工厂的实际生产和操作具有一定的指导意义。 Using characteristics of computer, purification system for methyl acrylate was simulated by chemical process simulation soft-ware -Aspen Plus. The lack interaction parameters of methyl acrylate-water are regressed by experimental phase equilibrium data. Based on the established model, several operation parameters influencing the stability of industrial process were investigated. For extraction column, the studied factors include extraction ratio, temperature and extraction stage, while for rectification column, include column tray, feed stage and reflux ratio. Based on simulation results, the optimum operation parameters are proposed, and the results will be useful for the plant production and operation.
