摘　　要： 公共档案馆信息服务绩效测评通过引入层次分析法,利用档案社会化服务绩效测评的专家知识和经验,确定绩效指标层级,并综合分析专家评判的数据,通过构造判断矩阵确定各指标的权重值,从而构建出档案信息服务绩效测评指标体系。 Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to solve performance estimation on public archives information service. The purpose of the papers was to utilize of expert knowledge and experience to detennin the performance indicator levels on archives so- cial service performance evaluation, and construct judgement matrix based on comprehensive data analysis of the archives＇ expert. Finally, this paper constructed evalualion index system of archives infonnation service performance by counting weight of each index value.
