日本黄姑鱼(Nibea japonica)VC需要量的研究

摘  要: 实验通过在饲料中添加不同水平的维生素C,从而对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的生长表现、体组成及组织中VC含量进行研究,以此得出日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的最适VC需要量。采用单因素实验设计方法,设计6组等能、等氮的饲料分别添加不同水平的VC(0、50、150、300、600、1 200 mg/kg),对日本黄姑鱼进行为期8周的养殖实验,每组设3重复,每个养殖桶放15尾初始重(8.15±0.05)g的日本黄姑鱼幼鱼。结果表明,未添加VC饲料组的WG和SGR值显著地低于添加水平为50 mg/kg和150 mg/kg饲料组的值。未添加VC饲料组蛋白质效率显著地低于150、1 200 mg/kg组。肌肉和肝脏中VC的含量均随着饲料VC添加水平的升高而升高,饲料中VC超过150 mg/kg时升高不再显著。综合生长和组织中VC含量数据,日本黄姑鱼幼鱼最适VC添加水平为150 mg/kg单磷酸酯形式的VC。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin C (L-ascobyl-2-monophosphate) on growth,body composition and tissue ascorbic acid concentrations in juvenile giant croaker (Nibea japonica), and thus to evaluate the optimal VC requirement of juvenile Nibea japonica.Six iso-nitrogenous and iso-energetic diets with levels of 0, 50, 150, 300, 600, 1 200 mg/kg L-ascobyl-2-monophosphate were fed respectively to 3 replicates and each replicate contained 15 fish with initial weight about(8.15±0.05) g. The experiment was done in PE fish tank and lasted for eight weeks.Results indieated that, WG and SGR of fish groups fed no VC addition diet were significantly lower than groups with diet VC content from 50 to 150 mg/kg. Hepatosomatic index (HSI) increased with feed VC concentration increases from 0 mg/kg to 300 mg/kg, but declined with the feed VC concentration increases from 300 mg/kg to 1 200 mg/kg. The eontent of VC in liver and musele were increased with the increasing levels of feed VC content, and particularly evident in the 0-150 mg/kg. Index of growth performance and tissue VC aeeumulation of the juvenile giant croaker, the optimal vitamin C requirement in the form of L-aseobyl-2-monophosphate is about 150 mg/kg.
