图像信息获取技术研究进展

摘  要: 综述了作者及其课题组近年来在图像信息获取方面取得的新进展 .为扩展辐射响应范围 ,发展了硬X射线和中子探测技术 ,并研制了X射线影像增强器、非晶硒合金平板探测器和中子示波管 ;为满足超快现象研究对诊断技术的要求 ,研究了曝光时间短至 2ps(2× 1 0 - 12 s)的分幅技术和时间分辨电子显微技术 ;为实现X射线显微CT ,设计了一种束斑达 30 0nm的X射线管 .同时 ,利用激光脉冲技术和变像管技术 ,探讨了实现光功能成像的可行性 。 Recent advance in image information acquisition in the authors laboratory are described in this paper. In order to further expand the radiation response range of imaging devices, hard X ray and neutron detective techniques have been studied and some detectors, such as X ray image intensifier, a Se alloy flat panel detector and neutron oscilloscopic tube have been developed. The first two kinds of detectors are mainly used for medicine due to their advantages of digitizing image information for tele diagnostics and reducing the dosage which is beneficial to patients. The last one can be used for laser fusion to detect weak neutron beam pulse. This oscilloscopic tube can also be used for detecting other kinds of radiation by replacing neutron photocathode with other kinds of photocathode sensitive to the radiation under investigation. This neutron beam sensitive material can also be applied to neutron imaging. To meet the requirement of diagnostics of ultrafast phenomena, a framing camera with exposure time of 2ps has been successfully tested and a time resolved electron microscope has been studied theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical analysis shows that this time resolved electron microscope can provide 6 frame images with exposure time of 100ps and spatial resolved power of 10nm. The experimental results show that this system gives 3 frame images with exposure time of 21 5ns and spatial resolved power of 14 4nm limited by the used voltage pulse generator and imperfect alignment. An X ray generating tube with beam size of about 300nm has been designed and is being further developed. Under the basis of pulse laser and image converter tube techniques some optical functional imaging techniques used for bio medical diagnostics are also being developed including optical computer tomography and fluorescent life time microscopy.
