焊接电流对漆包线铜箔点焊接头质量的影响

摘  要: 针对某些电子元器件的特殊要求,研究漆包线铜箔单面点焊这一重要应用形式。对0.1 mm漆包线和0.2 mm铜箔进行单面点焊试验,在其他焊接参数不变的情况下,试验分析了焊接电流大小对接头质量的四个指标(接头拉断力、焊点宽度、焊点长度和接头表面状况)的影响。结果表明:焊接电流和接头拉断力呈抛物线曲线关系,随着焊接电流的增加,接头拉断力随之增加并达到峰值,由于线材热影响区软化的原因,继续增加电流,接头拉断力开始下降;随着焊接电流的增加,焊点宽度呈指数增长;由于受线材的轴向约束作用,焊接电流对焊点长度无明显影响;当电流超过一定阈值时,接头出现铜线表面熔化、电极粘连等焊接缺陷。 Against the special requirements of some electronic components, study one-side spot welding enameled wire to copper foil which is an important application form. Do welding O.I mm enameled wire to 0.2 mm copper foil experiments,in the case of other welding parameters unehanged,analyze the welding current size of the joints of the four key indicators of quality (ie,joint breaking foree,sohler joint width,solder joint length and joint surface condition). The results show that the welding current and joint breaking force show parabolic curve relationship,with the increase of welding current,the joint breaking fi^rce increased and peaked,because of the wire heat affected zone softening,continue to increase current,joint breaking force begin to decline. With the increase of wehting current,solder joint width shows exponential growth. Due to the wire axial restraint,welding current has no obvious effect on sohter joint length. When the current exceeds a certain threshold,joints emerge welding defects,such as eopper wire surface fusion, eleetrnde sticking to wire.
