摘 要: 反思目前高校的实践教学管理制度——管制型制度给学生、教师的自由空间不够,压抑了两者的创造性。因此,变管制型制度为服务型制度,从非正式制度的视角营造一种校园文化,为学生和教师营造一个自主学习、自主教学的氛围,是高校实践教学管理制度重构的方向。 For the university, practical teaching aims to cultivate students' individuality and creativity, and characteristics are its driving force. However, the prevailing management system is control-oriented, thus students and teachers enjoy less freedom and their creativity is suppressed. This paper proposes an alternative service-oriented approach to reconstructing the practical teaching management mechanism, so that:(1) more open school culture could be forged;(2) both the regulators and the regulated could be treated equally; and(3) an optimum atmosphere could be created to facilitate teachers' autonomous teaching and students' s autonomous learning.
