镀锌板圆盘剪分切过程材料形变机理研究

摘  要: 为深入分析圆盘剪分切加工过程,应用DEFORM-2D仿真软件模拟了镀锌板圆盘剪分切加工过程,仿真的分切断面形貌与实验结果一致。在此基础上,综合运用实验研究和有限元数值模拟方法,深入研究了圆盘剪分切加工过程材料的塑性流动规律及剪切断裂机理。研究表明,分切过程中材料的塑性流动直观体现在金相组织的变化上,随着刀具的切入,刃角附近材料的等效应力、主应变的强度和范围逐渐增加,晶粒细化程度和范围也逐渐增加。进一步分析了分切断面中剪切带和断裂带组织微观形貌的变化规律,结果表明板材分切断面的形成过程是大量微观空穴萌生、成长、合并和裂纹传播的结果。 To analysis thoroughly the mechanisms of the disc slitting process, the slitting process of galvanized steel sheet was numerically simulated by using the DEFORM-2D finite element analysis software. The finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Then, the basic law of material flow and the slitting mechanisms during the disc slitting process were studied through slitting experiments and finite element simulation. The results show that the change of crystal morphology can reflect material flow visually. As the disc cutter travel increases, the strengths and scopes of equivalent stress and principal strain of the material around the cutting edge will increase, and the degree and scope of grain refinement will also increase. The changes of surface microstructures of the shear area and fracture area indicate that the formation of slitting surface morphology is the result of multiple micro voids' initiating, growing, merging and crack propagating.
