三元复合驱软柱塞分段抽油泵设计及试验研究

摘  要: 由于三元复合驱机采井结垢严重,导致检泵周期比常规水、聚驱大幅缩短,给机采井检泵作业带来了巨大的压力。在分析三元复合驱抽油机井的应用现状的基础上,研制了一种新型软柱塞分段抽油泵。该抽油泵具有软柱塞的防卡性能和分段举升的逐级分压能力。通过在模拟井上进行软柱塞分段抽油泵防卡、分段举升模拟试验,该泵具有较强的防卡能力和逐级分压能力,能够满足现场举升要求,对进一步延长三元复合驱的检泵周期具有重要的意义。 Compared with normal water flooding and polymer flooding,the production well inspec-tion circle is shortened dramatically in ASP flooding,which brings huge pressure on pump inspec-tion operation.Based on analysis of pumping unit application on ASP flooding,a new kind of pump with sectionalized soft plunger was developed.One of its advantages is the anti-stuck func-tion of soft plunger.And it also has the advantage of sectionalized lifting and pressurization. Through simulative well test,the result showed that the designed sectionalized pressurization and anti-stuck function could be realized,and could meet the requirements of field operation.It has im-portant significance for prolonging ASP flooding inspection circle.
