摘 要: 对某井封隔器中心管断裂事故进行了调查研究,对该井断裂的封隔器中心管和另外一口井用过的同型号封隔器中心管进行了对比试验,对封隔器受力状态进行了分析。试验结果和受力分析表明,进行双封隔器跨隔作业时,井口环空所加平衡压力不能作用到跨隔管柱的环空。在储层改造过程中,井口高压使封隔器处的内外压差超过其最大坐封压力,首先使封隔器中心管与外筒锁紧机构失效后发生相对运动,随后使中心管C形卡瓦锁紧部位和下端外螺纹接头大端螺纹消失部位发生塑性变形,导致中心管从外螺纹接头大端螺纹消失处的应力集中部位断裂。对封隔器产品质量存在的问题和完井工艺方面存在的问题提出了改进建议。 An investigation is given on fracture accident of straddle packer mandrel of completion tubing string in one well.The compare test and analysis is carried out for the fracture packer man-drel and another used packer mandrel in other well,and the force borne on the packer under the well was analyzed.It is shown from test result and mechanical analysis that the annulus pressure applied at well head could not acted on the annulus of the tubing string length between the double packer,and the pressure difference between inner and outer exceeded the packer installing maxi-mum pressure at position of the packer in alteration operation.it is considered that the relative motion of mandrel took place first after its lock failure,and then the plastic deformation occurred at the position of C ring of slipping and below pressure hole and thread disappear position,and the fracture happened finally at stress concentration position because the total load born on the packer mandrel exceeded its carrying capacity.It is suggested that the packer quality and completion well technology should be improved.
