摘　　要： 利用木质纤维素特别是废弃的农作物生产生物乙醇是解决能源问题的有效方法。但是纤维乙醇的工业化生产还存在很多的困难和问题,本文从生物乙醇制备的几个方面,介绍了预处理、酶解和发酵过程工艺阶段的研究现状和发展趋势,以及在各工艺阶段存在的问题。 One cure to solve the problem of the shortage of energy is to produce ethanol from lignocellulose,especially the dumped agricultural products. But there are some technical problems in the process of producing cellulosic ethanol in industrial scale. The research condition and its development,and some problems in some steps of producing cellulosic ethanol: the pretreatment,enzyme hydrolysis and fermentation are introduced.
