摘 要: 探究教师专业发展的影响因素是促进教师专业发展的前提和依据。本文从个人主体性和环境条件性两个方面,具体分析和探讨了影响中小学教师专业发展的相关因素,以期为促进教师专业发展提供理论支持。 To explore and analyze the factors affecting teachers'professional development is the premise and basis for promoting teachers' professional development . This thesis analyzes and discusses the related influence factors of primary and secondary school teachers' professional development from two aspects-the individual and the environment , expecting to provide theoretical support for the promotion of teachers'professional development .
