摘　　要： 比较城市主义是城市研究重要的思想与方法。对比较城市化进行系统的理论分析,阐述了比较城市主义从兴起、盛兴、衰落到复兴的历程,并着重分析了比较城市主义的理论视角,包括全球城市网络的比较视角、多层次多尺度的比较视角、全息分析的比较视角、历史比较视角等。比较城市主义的复兴具有必然性,比较城市主义对理解城市的本质以及通过比较明确各国、各地区的城市发展道路具有重要的意义。比较城市主义的发展前景广阔,但实际操作中,未来比较城市研究可能会遇到许多问题。这种研究方法对确立中国城市化的路径与模式有重要意义。 Comparative urbanism is an important thought and method for urban study .This paper examines the process of rising , prosperity , fading and revival of comparative urbanism and the perspective of comparative ur-banism .As concerned as the comparative perspective , comparison of the perspective of global city network explores the urban connectivity , linkage and the comparison in global city networks;comparative perspective of multi-level, multi-scale emphasize comparison of the different side of city development through the lens of varied scales ; com-parative perspective holographic analysis tries to establish segment holographic information of cities by digital meth -od to understand the law of whole cities;historical comparative perspective understand the cities and urbanization of different cities to generalize the similarity and difference in the context of city ’ s development history , national or lo-cal economy;the comparative perspective of individual city takes the cities in different countries or cities in the same countries as the comparison object;the comparative perspective in different countries focuses on the analysis of the differences of urban development and urbanizations in the different levels of economic development , different economic system of the country to seek explanation of institutions .The research indicates that , comparative urban-ism of the revival urbanism is inevitable and comparative perspective of urban study turn to the direction of more globalization, networks, multilayer, multi-scale, holography and information, background-based.Comparative ur-banism show broad future , however , many problems in research may be encountered in the actual operation , how-ever, the approach is useful for defining the Chinese way of urbanization and model .
