摘　　要： 开平碉楼与村落于2007年6月被列入世界文化遗产名录后,许多游客慕名而来。开平的遗产给人以自然质朴的乡间美与历史感,如何保护开平的遗产,而不至于出现如中国其它景点那种过渡商业化的行为,或者出现建设性的破坏?这是摆在开平当地政府和文物管理、旅游开发部门面前的一道需要长期面对的难题。本文将以开平赤坎镇一处建筑——巴黎大旅店为例,探讨一个合理活化历史建筑的方案,使之既能发展地方经济,又能保护与传承历史文化。 More and more tourists come to Kaiping after Kaiping Diaolou and Villages was inscribed as a World Cultural Heritage in June 2007.
