摘　　要： 阐述了现代教育技术与化学实验教学结合的必要性及重要性;介绍了现代教育技术在本单位的实施现状,最后提出了使用Blackboard教学平台进行实验教学及实验室仪器管理的总体框架。Blackboard教学平台的应用将能够很好地激发学生学习实验课的兴趣和积极性,有利于提高实验教学质量,促进创新人才培养;同时可实现仪器管理的科学化、制度化、规范化和网络化,全面提高仪器的使用效益。 Thenecessity and importance for combination of modem education technology and chemistry experiment teaching are illustrated, and the implement situation of modem education technology in au- thor＇s department is introduced and finally the overall scheme of the blackboard teaching platform using in experiment teaching and instrument management is put forward. The application of the blackboard teaching platform is expected to thrill students＂ interest of studying the experiment lessons, which will enhance the quality of experiment teaching and promote the cultivation of innovative talent; what＇s more, to fulfill the scientization, institutionalization, standardization and networking of instrument management, which will generally improve the usage benefit of instruments.
