摘 要: 机电动力学模型综合考虑了成型装备系统的机械部分与电磁部分,并把二者有机地结合起来。运用拉格朗日-麦克斯韦方程,用能量的方法建立机电系统耦合的数学模型,研究机电耦合的相互作用规律,可行而有效地解决了机电耦合系统动力学问题。多自由度的机电动力学系统往往是多输入、多输出、非线性、强耦合、不确定的系统,应用拉格朗日-麦克斯韦方程,可以方便地建立该系统的微分方程组,从而通过控制伺服电机运动参数的方法,达到精确控制整个系统的目的。 Electromechanical dynamics model considering mechanical part and electromagrtetism part of rollforming system is discussed here. By using Lagrange-Maxwell equations, organic combination of them is realized, which is feasible and effective method of establishing mathematical model by energy approach, it studies on the law of interaetion and solving the problem of electromechanical coupling system. Multi-degree-of-freedom systems are mostly multi-input, multi-output, non- linear, strong coupling and uncertain. Differential equations of this system are established by Lagrange-Maxwell equations and motion parameters of servomotor are controlled, so accurate corttrolling of whole system are attained.
