摘 要: 受到新公共管理浪潮的影响,大学治理与模式的转型被置于"新自由主义"的卵翼之下,其市场价值和社会目标之间的冲突导致治理分支之间的张力。在这种背景下,澳大利亚公立大学在私有领域"共享治理"的基础上,创造性的提出大学治理ABC模式,试图融合学术治理、商业治理和企业治理三大治理结构之间的冲突,完成对大学传统"竖井式"治理模式的超越。 Affected by the new public management reform,transformation of university governance and pattern is placed under the aegis of the "new liberalism", the conflict between the market value and the social goals lead to tension between management branch. In this context ,the Australian public university, in the base of private sector "governance-share" ,proposed the ABC model of university governance,to fuse the conflict among the three governance structure of the academic governance ,commercial and corporate governance ,complete the transcendence of university of traditional "silo" governance model.
