摘　　要： 学术、政治、日常生活中以"少数民族非物质文化传承人"话语表达为主,保护实践中也主要倡导以传承人为本位的行动逻辑。保护人与传承人是两个不同的概念,对少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护,不能忽略对保护人的讨论。本文对少数民族非物质文化遗产保护人与传承人进行了区别,界定了保护人的含义、类型,并对不同类型保护人的行为逻辑进行了探讨,以期丰富少数民族非物质文化遗产保护的理论内容。 The inheritor of minority intangible culture appears more in the academic, political, and daily life. Meanwhile, the beczavior logic of inheritor is advocated in the protection practice. In fact, protector and inheritor are two different concepts, and the protection of minority intangible cultural heritage can＇ t be ignored for the dis- cussion of the protector. In order to richen minority intangible cultural heritage protection theory, it distinguishes the protector and inheritor of the minority intangible cultural heritage in this paper, defines the meaning and types of the protector, and probes into the behavior logic of different protector.
