美国学习障碍学生的转衔及对我国特殊教育的启示

摘  要: 残疾学生的转衔问题如今已成为特殊教育优先考虑的问题之一。从高中到成人的良好转衔能够帮助残疾学生获取工作和学习的机会。学习障碍是一种发展性障碍,可能会伴随一生。因此,学习障碍者的教育转衔也应是发展性的。美国是研究学习障碍最早的国家之一,对学习障碍学生的转衔有着丰富的理论基础和实践经验。本文就美国学习障碍学生转衔出现的问题和义务教育阶段转衔计划进行讨论与分析,并据此对我国特殊教育提出发展性的建议。 At present, transition of students with disabilities has become one of the priorities in special education. A good transition from upper secondary school to adulthood helps disabled students get opportunities to work and learn. Learning disability is a developmental disorder, which may become a person' s lifetime experience. Therefore, educational transition should be developmental. The United States, one of the earliest countries to conduct research into learning disabilities, has a rich theoretical basis and practical experience in the transition of students with learning disabilities. This study analyzes the problems arising from the transition of secondary school students with learning disabilities in the United States, as well as the Transition Plan for elementary and lower secondary schools. In conclusion, the study gives suggestions on China's special education.
