摘 要: 为实现大尺寸铝合金车轮整体挤压成形,利用空心坯料省力成形和无余料分流降载措施降低了工件成形载荷,用镦粗预制坯和去除不变形区铸造组织技术提高工件的组织均匀性。综合考虑尺寸、载荷、性能,制定了大尺寸铝合金车轮的整体挤压成形工艺。在此基础上设计、制造相应的成形模具,完成车轮的试制,验证了工艺的可靠性,为类似工件的成形提供工艺参考。 To achieve the extrusion forming of large-scale aluminum alloy wheel, "the backward extrusion of hollow billet" and "the split-flow foming without waste materials" were used to reduce the forming load. Moreover, "the pre-forming billet by upsetting" and "the removal of the cast-structure zone" were applied to improve the homogeneity of structure. Taking into account the workpiece size, forming load and alloy microstructure, the extrusion process of the large-scale aluminum alloy wheel was successfully developed. Based on the above, the dies were designed and manufactured, and the trial of the wheels also was completed. The trial result verifies the reliability of the above process, and provides a reference for forming of similar workpieces.
