摘 要: 以洗衣机排水泵注塑模具型腔为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其静力和型腔疲劳寿命进行分析,找到损伤最严重的节点位置,对其进行疲劳优化设计,并运用可靠性设计理论中的应力-强度干涉模型方法计算出模具型腔可靠度。结果表明:随着注塑模具型腔压力值的增加,型腔的最大应力和变形量也随之增加,最大应力发生在型腔底部,型腔寿命的最小位置均出现在型腔内侧底面与侧面的圆环处,与其各自应力集中点位置刚好吻合,注塑模具型腔可靠度为0.888 8,型腔工作可靠。 The static and the structural features of model cavity of washing machine drain pump are analyzed in this paper by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. By finding the worst damage of node position, the fatigue design optimization are realized. The reliability of model cavity is calculated by stress - strength interference model in the theory of reliability design method. The results show that with the increase of injection model cavity pressure ,the maximum stress and deforma- tion of the model cavity quantity also increase ,the maximum stress occurs at the bottom of the model, the model life of the minimum position appeared on the inside of the cavity bottom and sides of the ring, the reliability of injection model cavity is 0.888 8, cavity work is reliable.
