摘 要: 针对液压综合试验台高精度、多功能的测试要求,在利用虚拟仪器技术对原有实验平台进行了改造升级。该平台可以实现对液压元件压力、流量、温度等参数的高速数据采集、处理、显示和存储,并可实现对液压与气压传动典型控制回路的自动控制。实验结果表明该平台可成功应用于液压综合试验台的测试,具有速度快、准确、效率高等特点,验证了其可行性和有效性。 In order to meet the testing requirements of high-precision and multi-function on the comprehensive hy- draulic test bench, in this paper, the virtual instrument technology is used to upgrade the original experiments plat- form. The platform is able to collect, deal with, illustrate and store some parameters including the pressure, the flow and the temperature with high speed from hydraulic components. The platform can achieve automatic control on the hydraulic and pneumatic transmission typical control loop. Experimental results show that the platform can be successfully applied to the hydraulic testing on the integrated test bench fast, accurately, and highly efficiently.
