摘 要: 应用PSDQ为测量工具,对187名高职学生进行为期12周的不同体育活动参与行为干预,探讨体育活动参与行为对高职学生身体自我概念的影响及不同体育活动参与行为相互间的差异。研究结果表明,体育活动参与行为可以改善高职学生身体自我概念水平,提高整体自我概念。体育舞蹈项目干预高职学生身体自我概念各维度效果好于篮球和健美操项目,主要表现在身体协调、身体肥胖、外表、整体身体、耐力维度。 Using PSDQ measurement tool, with 187 vocational students in a 16 -week behavioral intervention, this paper ex- plores the effect of participating behavior of physical activities on physical self- concept of higher vocational students and the differences among different participating behavior of physical activities. The results show that physical activity can improve self - concept level of vocational students. Sport Dance project intervene in physical self - concept of vocational students each di- mension of better than basketball and aerobics projects, mainly in the dimensions of physical coordination, body fat, appear- ance, overall health and stamina.
