抗阻训练对老龄大鼠腓肠肌Ca^(2+)及线粒体膜电位的影响

摘  要: 目的:通过实验研究探讨抗阻训练对老龄大鼠腓肠肌Ca2+及线粒体膜电位的影响。方法:研究对象为雄性SD大鼠,人工喂养18月龄进行8周抗阻训练干预,分别以无负重、30%、50%、70%最大负重进行训练,跑台放置坡度为35°,跑速15m/min,隔天抗阻训练。8周末检测腓肠肌胞浆Ca2+及线粒体膜电位,并与安静组比较。结果:30%、50%最大负重抗阻训练两组老龄大鼠腓肠肌Ca2+下降具有显著性意义(P<0.05);无负重、30%、50%最大负重抗阻训练三组老龄大鼠线粒体膜电位下降有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:低、中等负重抗阻训练能降低衰老过程中腓肠肌胞浆Ca2+、提高线粒体膜电位,改善线粒体功能,从而预防、延迟衰老过程中线粒体功能障碍的发生。 Objective: To study the effects of resistance training on the aging rats' gastrocnemius of Ca2+ and mitochondrial membrane potential(mt). Method: The male SD rats as the research object, after feeding 18 months, they were assigned as 0% , 30% , 50% , 70% maximum weight resistance training intervention. Ca2~ and mitochondrial membrane potential of gastrocnemius the aging process in the occurrence of mitochondrial dysfunctionwere tested after a period of quote of the day for 8 weeks treadmill training with the speed of 15m/min, slope as 35 o. Results: Compared with the aging control group, the gastrocnemius levels of Ca2+ decreased and A^mt increased in the resistance training groups, among them with 30% , 50% maximum weight resistance training groups Ca2+ decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05, ), and their mt increased extremely significance in 0%, 30%, 50% maximum weight resistance training groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Low and moderate weight resistance training may be reduce Ca2+ in gastrocnemius cytosolie,increased mitochondrial membrane potential, improve mitochondrial function, thereby, preventing and delaying the occurrence of mitochondrial dysfunction in the aging process.
