摘 要: 优选硅铝比为25的Hβ分子筛,以不同种类的Zn盐为前体,采用浸渍法对Hβ分子筛进行改性,制备了不同Zn负载量的Zn/Hβ催化剂,并用于乙醇制丙烯反应。考察了Zn负载量、前体Zn盐种类和反应条件对该催化剂上乙醇制丙烯反应性能的影响。应用XRD、TEM、FTIR、N2等温吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD等方法对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,Zn/Hβ催化剂上Zn负载量和前体Zn盐种类影响催化剂的织构性质和酸性,进而影响其活性。在500℃、0.1 MPa、乙醇分压23 kPa、重时空速2.8 h-1的条件下,以ZnCl2为前体、Zn负载量为16%(w)的16%Zn/Hβ-C催化剂上的丙烯收率最高(43.4%),这主要归结于该催化剂具有适宜的酸量、酸分布和孔道结构。 Zn/Hβ catalysts with different Zn-loading were prepared from Hβ zeolite with the silicaalumina ratio of 25 by an impregnation method and used in the conversion of ethanol to propylene.The effects of Zn-loading,zinc salt precursors and reaction conditions on the activities of these catalysts were investigated.The physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,TEM,FTIR,N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD.The results showed that,the Zn-loading and zinc salt precursors had evident effect on the texture properties and the acidity of these Zn/Hβ catalysts,which affected the catalyst activity.The propylene yield was the highest 43.4% under the optimal conditions of 16%(w)Zn/Hβ-C as the catalyst(Zn-loading of 16%(w),ZnCl2 as the precursor),500 ℃,0.1 MPa,ethanol partial pressure 23 kPa and WHSV 2.8 h-1.
