摘　　要： 社会组织是人类社会发展到一定阶段的必然产物。社会组织是社会建设的重要主体和重要内容。任何社会组织都具有正负能量两重性,进而对社会稳定起着维护和破坏作用。在我国社会转型时期,充分发挥社会组织经济建设的推动者、政治建设的试验者、文化建设的促进者、社会建设的参与者、生态建设的先行者等正能量,降解其因集体行动、内部问题、利益驱使、海外组织等带来的负能量,对于维护社会稳定具有重要的理论与实践意义。 Social organizations are an inevitable offshoot of the development of human societies and constitute an important part of social construction. Every social organization possesses positive as well as negative energies. As China is currently under a phase of social transition, the maintenance of social stability crucially depends upon releasing the positive energies of soc, ial organizations in economic development, political reforms and cultural construction while curbing its negative power which is clearly manifested in their collective strength, internal problems, seeking self-interest, and overseas connection.
