摘　　要： 重视人才培养模式的改革创新是国外一流大学培养大批杰出人才的关键。国外一流大学人才培养模式的共同特点是:突出全人教育的人才培养理念、促进个性发展的专业设置模式、强调学科交叉的课程设置方式、注重因材施教的教学制度体系、鼓励交流互动的教学组织形式、践行尊重学生的教学管理模式、构建特色鲜明的隐性课程形式和实现全面多元的教学评价方式。这些特点对于突破当前我国人才培养模式的困境具有重要启示意义。 Emphasis on undergraduate education reform and innovation is the key to the eight first-class foreign universities in cultivating large numbers of outstanding talents. Their common characteristics are： stress on the whole-person education, promotion of individual personality development, emphasis on interdisciplinary curriculum, attention to teaching students according to their aptitudes, encouragement of interactive discussions, respect for the students, cultivation of informal teaching with distinctive characteristics, achieving comprehensive and diverse teaching evaluations. These characteristics provide us great inspirations for the solving many of the difficulties we face in undergraduate education.
