摘 要: 研究了不同氮素、钾素水平下烤烟 ( Nicotiana tabacum L.cv NC89)的光合作用生理。结果表明高氮、高钾水平下 ,烟叶的光合放氧速率、光合电子传递活性、Ru BP羧化酶 ( Ru BPCase)及碳酸酐酶 ( CA)活性显著上升 ,叶绿素含量变化不大 ;低氮、低钾水平下 ,光合放氧速率、叶绿素含量、光合电子传递活性、Ru BPCase活性显著下降 ,CA活性略有下降。比较而言 ,钾素对烟叶光合作用的影响大于氮素。 Photosynthesis of flue cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L cv NC89) under different nitrogen, potassium levels was studied The results suggested that under high nitrogen, potassium levels the photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate, photosynthetic electron transport activity ,RuBP carboxylase (RuBPCase) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) activities in tobacco leaves were significantly increased,and the significant change of chlorophyll content wasn't observed Under low nitrogen, potassium levels,the photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic electron transport activity and RuBPCase activity were markedly decreased,while the CA activity was slightly decreased compared with the check In contrast to nitrogen, the effect of potassium on photosynthesis in tobacco leaves was more significant
