摘　　要： 分析《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》的关键条款，考察其在 WTO下的运作情形，进而探讨它将对我国外资法律政策的影响。 This paper analyzes the key provisions of the Agreement on Trade－ Related Investment Measures(TRIMS), examines the operation of the Agreement under WTO and, in addition, discusses the possible impact of the Agreement on the present foreign investment laws and policies of China.
