摘　　要： 党的十五届五中全会指出 ,实现国民经济持续快速健康发展 ,必须以提高经济效益为中心 ,对经济结构进行战略性调整。这是我国进入新世纪后 ,面对经济全球化和知识经济的挑战 ,所面临的重大战略性任务。本文针对我国工业区域结构布局的现状和存在的基本问题 ,提出并运用工业区域结构战略性调整模型 ,深入探讨了三大经济区域工业结构战略性调整的方向和途径 ,并对政府在我国工业区域结构战略性调整中的作用进行了讨论。 The 5th Conference of the 15th Center Committee of the Party pointed out that, we must focus on increasing economic benefits, meanwhile strategically adjust the economic structure , for the sustained and healthy development of the national economy. This is our important and strategic task facing the challenge of the global economy and the knowledge economy in the new century. In this paper, the current situations and the existing basic problems of the industry are revealed firstly, and then a model on the strategic adjustment of the regional industrial structure is developed and applied for exploring the orientation and ways of the adjustment, also the function of the government in the process of the adjustment is discussed finally.
