摘 要: 甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)是一种汽油添加剂,目前被广泛应用。其对环境造成的污染和对人体健康造成的危害日益引起人们的高度重视。MTBE最主要的检测手段是气相色谱法,但由于MTBE在大气、水、土壤和生物材料中分布的性质有所不同,所以各类MTBE样品的前处理方法也有区别。该文主要介绍了不同环境介质和生物材料中MTBE的前处理和检测方法的国内外研究进展。 Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) is a gasoline additive and being widely used. Its environmental pollution and harm to human health has attracted much attention. Gas chromatography is the most primary mean of MTBE detection, but distribution of MTBE in the atmosphere, water, soil and biological materials has various characteristics, so pretreatment of different samples are different. This paper described the progress of pretreatment and detection methods in different environmental media and biological materials of MTBE at home and abroad.
