摘 要: 为了研究影响阿勒泰羊臀脂沉积的分子标记,研究以国外新近报道的7号染色体一处可能与尾脂性状关联的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)为研究对象,采用PCR-SSCP的方法检测该位点在我国脂臀型阿勒泰羊群体中的多态性,并分析该位点与脂臀性状的关联性。结果表明:绵羊7号染色体46 818 598位点SNP的各基因型在我国脂臀型阿勒泰羊群体中符合孟德尔分离定律,且等位基因比值接近1.0,该位点在阿勒泰羊群体中的分布没有差异。说明绵羊7号染色体46 818 598位点不能作为影响我国阿勒泰羊臀脂沉积性状的分子标记。 To study the molecular markers affecting fat deposition in the rump of Altay sheep, a single -nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) previ- ously reported to be associated with fat tail trait in in a site on sheep chromosome 7 was chosen as the research subject in this study, and PCR -SSCP method was used to detect the DNA polymorphisms at the 46 818 598th site among Chinese fat -rumped Altay sheep populations, and the correlation between the SNP and fat - rumped trait was analyzed. The results showed that the genotypes of the SNP located at the at the 46 818 598 th site in Chinese fat - rumped Ahay sheep populations complied with Mendel' s law of Segregation, and the ratio of the two alleles was dose to 1.0 ; there was no significant difference at the site for the distribution of allele gene among Altay sheep populations, The results indicate that the 46 818 598th site sheep chromosome 7 can not be used as a molecular marker affecting fat deposition in the rump of Chinese fat - rumped Ahay sheep.
