摘 要: 国内外现有实验结果已经初步证明微波脱除煤中硫具有很好的效果,但是对其反应机理和最优条件尚无认知,尤其无法确定微波脱硫的最佳工作频率。该文基于这一应用需要,提出了一种频率可重构的实验装置,包括宽带微波源、宽带微波传输系统和频率可重构的反应腔,介绍了反应腔的实现原理和设计流程。相较传统微波反应装置,该设计结构简单、成本低廉,可实现大于67%可调范围(500~1 000 MHz)的谐振式工作。这就能有效地开展微波煤炭脱硫实验,在较低输入功率下,准确认知最优反应频率和工作条件。该套装置也可以适用于相关微波化学反应实验。 The rate of coal desulphurization can be promoted by microwave irradiation much more, which have be recognized and validated from recent experiment results. However, there still exist many unanswered questions, which creates significant limit on its development. To investigate the best frequency for such a microwave reaction, a frequency reconfigurable microwave reaction experiment apparatus is proposed and designed in this paper, including a wideband microwave source, a wideband microwave transmission system, and a frequency reconfigurable reactor. This apparatus offers a 67%tunable bandwidth to cover the operation frequency range of 500 - 1 000 MHz. Compared with other reaction apparatus with the same function, our design is simple and low cost. Furthermore, it can be employed in other microwave chemical experiments.
