摘 要: 采用连续太赫兹激光器(SIFIR 50)作为光源对生物样品进行太赫兹成像,得到具有较高分辨率的太赫兹图像.由于生物体内部组织结构的不同,同时得到了内部明暗对比显著的图像,鉴于人眼对彩色图像更敏感的特点,对成像结果进行伪彩色图像处理,得到了较好的结果. Terahertz imaging is of great potential in biological and biomedical researches for bio-sample structure analysis and pathological-tissues diagnosis. For optically pumped terahertz laser imaging, it can offer high output power, large dynamic range and high signal-to-noise ratio. In this paper, continuous wave terahertz laser ( SIFIR 50) was employed for terahertz bio-sample imaging. The internal information of the sample was obtained and it con-firmed the application of continuous wave terahertz imaging system. In order to make it more convenient for the na-ked eye to watch, false-color image processing was applied to the original terahertz images.
