摘 要: 为了提前探测定位采煤工作面中的隐伏钻杆,探讨了利用防爆探地雷达技术进行采煤工作面隐伏钻杆超前探测的技术方法,结合雷达探测理论,计算出钻杆与煤层分界面的雷达波反射系数介于0.25~0.35,论证了雷达探测一般隐伏钻杆的可行性。通过煤层中雷达探测钻杆正演模型分析,获得了钻杆的雷达波波形响应特征。阳泉矿区煤层中隐伏钻杆的探测实践,确定了隐伏钻杆所在位置,探测结果得到了回采验证,经过统计探测钻杆准确率为81.2%,取得了很好的地质效果。研究表明,采用防爆探地雷达能较好的对采煤工作面中隐伏钻杆进行超前探测,解决了采煤工作面中隐伏钻杆的超前预测定位难题。 In order to detect buried drill pipe in coal face, discussed the advanced detection method of buried drill pipe in the coal face by explosion-proof ground penetrating radar(GPR) technology. On the principle of GPR, proved the feasibility of buried drill pipe detection using high frequency impulse electromagnetic wave, calculated the reflection coefficient of interface between drill pipe and coal seam between 0.25 and 0.35, built the model of buried drill pipe detection, analyzed the corresponding characteristics of radar reflection wave. Through the buried pipe detection exam- ple of Yangquan mining area, the location and position of buried drill pipe was accurately determined, and the detec- tion results was verified by mining with very good geological effect, through statistical accuracy of detecting buried drill pipe is 81.2%. Research shows that the high precision advanced detection of buried drill pipe by explosion-proof GPR can be realized to solve the difficult problem of buried drill pipe detection in the coal face.
