黄铜拉链化学镀锡银牙苯并三氮唑钝化防变色工艺

摘  要: 为了提高黄铜拉链化学镀锡银牙的防变色能力,采用苯并三氮唑等对其进行钝化处理。从钝化工艺方面研究了膜的防变色、耐热、耐蚀和耐酶洗性能;从膜的综合性能方面对工艺条件进行了优化。黄铜化学镀锡银牙防变色最佳工艺为:2 g/L BTA,8 g/L钼酸钠,11 g/L磷酸钠,0.8 mL/L促进剂;30℃,2 min。该工艺可提高黄铜拉链化学镀锡银牙的防变色能力,效果接近铬酸盐钝化工艺。 The electroless-plated Sn coating on bronze zipper was passivated with benzotriazole( denoted as BTA) so as to improve the corrosion resistance. The anticoloring performance,thermal resistance,corrosion resistance and enzyme-washing resistance of the passivation coating were investigated in relation to the passivation technology,and the passivation technological condition was optimized in relation to the comprehensive properties of the passivation coating. Results indicated that the anticoloring passivation fluid with the optimal composition consisted of 2 g /L BTA,8 g /L sodium molybdenate,11 g /L sodium phosphate,and 0. 8 mL /L accelerating agent; and the optimal passivation parameters were suggested as a temperature of 30 ℃ and a passivation time of 2min. In one word,it was feasible to improve the anticoloring performance of the electroless-plated Sn coating on bronze zipper by making use of the present technology,and its effectiveness was comparable to that of chromate passivation technology.
