摘 要: 以顺德区为例,选取10个指标分别构建居住用地改造潜力评价指标体系和工业用地改造潜力评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价方法对顺德区"三旧"改造20个样点地块进行潜力评价,结果表明:在所选的10个居住用地改造地块中,2个地块具有一级改造潜力,4个地块具有二级改造潜力,4个地块具有三级改造潜力。10个工业用地改造样点中,1个地块具有一级改造潜力,3个地块具有二级改造潜力,6个地块具有三级改造潜力。研究可为今后的"三旧"改造的实施提供一些理论支持,给政府部门提供一定的决策参考信息。 TakingShunDe as an example,10 indicators were chosen to set up theevaluation index system of residential land and industrial land transformation potentiality respectively. The potential of 20 sample plots of "three old" transformation in ShunDe was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Research result showed that in 10 residential land transformation plots,2 plots had the first levehransfor- mation potentiality,4 plots had the second level transformation potentiality and 4 plots had the third level transformation potentiality.In 10 in- dustrial land transformation plots,1 plot had the first level transformation potentiality,3 plots had the second level transformation potentiality and 6 plots had the third level transformation potentiality. The study can provide some theoretical support to the future implementation of the "three old" transformation and provide certain decision-making reference information to government departments.
