摘 要: 目的:对新疆某自治州不同工龄职业人群心理健康状况与职业倦怠进行调查,为职业倦怠干预选择良好时机提供参考。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样的方法对伊宁市的2 000名职业人群进行心理健康和职业倦怠进行调查和分析。结果:心理障碍阳性率为29.9%;不同工龄的职业人群在恐怖以及精神病性两因子上均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);不同工龄的职业人群在倦怠总分、情感耗竭以及人格解体上存在统计学差异(P<0.05);心理健康与职业倦怠存在相关性。结论:工龄短的职业人群应是心理健康和职业倦怠干预的重点人群。 Objective:To study the association of people's mental health and job burnout with different service length in order to provide the reference of choosing a good chance for job burnout intervention.Methods:By adopting multistage cluster random sampling,2 000 professionals in Yining City were surveyed and analyzed with questionnaires of mental health and job burnout.Results:The psychological barrier positive rate was 29.9%.There are statistical differences between different working years of professional people in terror and psychoticism(P<0.05).Occupational crowds with different service length had statistical differences in the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of burnout scores(P<0.05).The mental health is associated with job burnout.Conclusion:Workers with short service length should be the focus in intervention of mental health and job burnout.
