摘 要: 对取自云南和海南的5份酸豆(Tamarindus indica L.)资源进行低温胁迫处理,通过测定其相关抗寒生理指标对其抗寒特性进行了研究.结果表明,低温处理可导致酸豆的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度及过氧化物酶(POD)活性明显增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升后降.不同来源酸豆资源之间对低温胁迫处理的反应有一定差异,来自云南西双版纳的3份酸豆抗寒能力相对较强. Responses of relative physiological index to cold stress were studied with 5 resources of Tamarindus indica L. from Yunnan Province and Hainan Province. The results showed that relative electrical conductivity, MDA concentration and POD activity increased, SOD activity increased first and then decreased in response to cold stress. Considerable difference of responses to cold stress existed among 5 resources of Tamarindus indica L. and 3 resources from Xishuangbanna Prefecture of Yunnan Province were higher resistant to cold stress than other resources.
