摘　　要： 结合安康烟草商业企业实际，从内部控制制度建设的意义和方法阐明了内部控制制度建设对企业改革与发展的重要性和必要性，旨在促进企业内部控制制度建设的完善． The internal control system is an important part of modern enterprise management system ; it plays an ac-tive role in ensuring the enterprises to complete the objectives and tasks.
